So in yesterday’s post, I talked about my attempts at precise lines in my work. Here is another stab at it. I like this one a lot because of the colors. It also works well because it’s on a small canvas at 4″x4″. When you are experimenting and trying to post every day for a month, then small canvases are the way to go (the largest I’ve been posting have only been 8″x10″). Still, don’t be surprised if suddenly there’s a stick figure drawing on a dirty napkin posted at 11:53PM one night this month. I can totally see myself turning off the light, getting into bed, and saying, “oh shit.”
Maybe since I typed that out, it won’t happen. Place your bets.
