This was one of the first pieces I did with the pack o’ canvas I got. I wanted to see how cutting out parts would look. I then dug into my box of discarded photos (dupes, bad shots, etc.) to incorporate them into the painting. Thing I discovered: I had some cheapy acrylic craft paint that dried really rough to the touch. It gave me a bit of a nails on chalkboard/wooden spoon on teeth feeling so I Mod Podged the piece. Gives it a little shine. I kind of dig it. Fave part is the the New York taxi cab pinwheel, though.
